Who owns the content of my videos?

The candidate. You recorded it — you own it. ShowIntro only hosts and shows the video to the audience you've granted access to. Deleting a profile or an individual video is instant.

How many profiles can I have and what does it cost?

Free plan — 1 profile (one role). Pro — up to 2 profiles, Premium — up to 3. Each profile has its own title, salary range, specialty, and CV, while shared fields (name, avatar, spoken languages, GitHub, LinkedIn) come from a single identity. Example: one Frontend profile, one Fullstack, one Solution Architect — no separate accounts needed.

Which languages are supported and how do I add them?

Ukrainian, English, Polish, German, Spanish, French, Italian — picked in profile settings. For each added language you can independently record your self-presentation, question blocks, skills, and intros. Recruiters see the version that matches their preferred language. Free plan — up to 2 languages across recordings; Pro/Premium — unlimited.

What are skills in the profile?

Skills are the technologies, frameworks, and tools you're confident with (React, Postgres, System design, etc.). Add a short video (up to 60s) per skill showing a real example: what problem you solved, what you actually did, and the outcome. Videos are recorded per language you speak. Free — up to 10 skills per profile; Pro/Premium — unlimited.

Projects are up to 5 of your recent or biggest pieces of work: name, stack, your role, short description, and a 60–90s video with context and your personal contribution. Skills show individual technologies; projects show how you combine them into a product and what the result was.

What is a vacancy intro?

A personal 1–2 minute video tailored to a specific vacancy: why this role, what you bring, everything that doesn't fit in a CV. You get a public link to send the hiring team. Each intro has its own link and its own view counter, so you can see when the employer opened it.

Can I re-record my answers?

Yes. Each question block (general, English, technical) can be re-recorded once per set cooldown — so the answers stay honest, not over-rehearsed from a tenth take. Self-presentation, skills, projects, and intros can be re-recorded without limits.

Who can open my profile?

You choose the visibility: private (accessible only via the direct link), semi-public (discoverable in recruiter search), or public (indexed by search engines). You can rotate the share link at any time — the old link stops working immediately.

What counts as a profile view?

You always see the candidate's resume and a free 10-second video preview. A profile view is consumed only when you click "Open full profile" to access full videos and contact options. Re-opening the same candidate within your billing month is free.

What's a personal video interview?

You invite a candidate to record a short video answering your specific question — no scheduling, no calls. If the candidate declines or doesn't record within 5 days, the limit is refunded automatically.

How does sharing with a hiring manager work?

You generate an external link for a single candidate or an entire shortlist and send it to your hiring manager. Creating the link itself is free and unlimited. A "profile view" limit is consumed only when the hiring manager first opens a specific candidate in the current billing month; re-opens of the same candidate are free.
