# About ShowIntro

What the platform stands for and what it does not do: no algorithmic scoring, no training on other people’s recordings, no profiles public by default.

## Why ShowIntro looks the way it does

A product is defined as much by what it deliberately does not do as by what it can. Below are the decisions already made, and what each one means for the candidate, the recruiter and the hiring manager.

### What we do not do

Every entry is a constraint in the code, not a slogan on a page.

- **We do not score people algorithmically** — The platform does not rank or filter candidates by facial expression, tone of voice or "confidence level". It records, organises and shows – the decision is made by a person, and so is the responsibility for it.
- **We do not train models on other people’s recordings** — Candidate videos are not passed to third-party models and are not used for training. That is written into the terms of use, not left as an intention.
- **We do not make a profile public by default** — A new profile is private. Entering recruiter search is something the candidate switches on deliberately – and switches off the same way.

### Where we are now

Stage, markets, pricing and infrastructure.

- Beta. Every feature is open and we take no payment – which is why feedback matters more than revenue right now.
- Ukraine first, then the European Union. The interface is Ukrainian and English; both are first-class, not a translation layered over an original.
- Published, and effective once the beta ends: $19 to $169 a month for recruiters. Recording a profile stays free for candidates.
- Database in the EU, video through Bunny Stream behind signed links. The details and the subprocessor list are on the security page.
- More filters in candidate search, more languages in the question blocks, and an open profile catalogue for those who choose to be in it.

I have been building the product since May 2026: backend, video processing, search and the copy – this page included. Design and the visual system are owned by the designer I have worked with since the project started. I handle support myself: your mail is read by the developer who can make the change, not forward it on.
